Makes approximately 30 cookies.
- 2 cups Butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 2 cups flour
- .5 tsp salt
- .5 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed candy cane
Mix together the butter, egg, vanilla, brown and white sugar. Then, mix in the baking soda, followed by the salt, and then the flour. Finally, add the Peppermint Bark.
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees.
Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
