Mix ground pork, shrimp, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil and half the chopped green onions.
Place one teaspoon of the mixture on each individual won ton. Brush edge with water and fold in half diagonally. Bring the longest two ends together, sealing with water and a firm pinch.
Gently drop won tons into simmering chicken broth. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until they float to the surface. Place 5 won tons in serving bowls and ladle broth over top. Garnish with remaining green onions.
Nutrients per serving: 266 calories, 9 g fat, 18 g protein, 26 g carbohydrates, 1 g fibre.
