Ramos Gin Fizz

Perfect for spring time weather

This drink includes combines different juices in order to create something tasty and will definitely quench your thirst.
Prep Time
10 Minutes
  • 3 oz (90 ml) gin
  • 3 tbsp (40 g) sugar
  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) 35% heavy cream
  • 1 oz (30 ml) lemon juice
  • ½ oz (15 ml) lime juice
  • ¼ tsp (1 ml) orange blossom water
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 ½ cups (220 g) ice cubes
  • 4 oz (125 ml) cold club soda
  • Small zests of lime
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, sugar, cream, lemon and lime juice, orange blossom water, egg white and ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cocktail has a thick froth.

  2. Pour into 2 glasses, filtering out the ice cubes. Top off with the club soda and garnish with lime zest and cinnamon.

  3. NOTE: Ramos Gin Fizz is a frothy version of the gin fizz made with egg white. With added cream, this cocktail is perfect for morning brunches.
