In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, sugar, cream, lemon and lime juice, orange blossom water, egg white and ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cocktail has a thick froth.
Pour into 2 glasses, filtering out the ice cubes. Top off with the club soda and garnish with lime zest and cinnamon.
NOTE: Ramos Gin Fizz is a frothy version of the gin fizz made with egg white. With added cream, this cocktail is perfect for morning brunches.
