Bring 3 cups of chicken broth to a boil. In a small bowl, whisk together an additional cup of broth with 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese, some grated nutmeg and a handful of chopped parsley. While stirring the boiling broth, add the egg mixture to it. Serve with freshly ground pepper.
