Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

This slow cooked tenderloin is quite possibly the most tender and moist you'll ever have. It's perfect for entertaining

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • ½ cup barbeque sauce
  1. Season tenderloins with salt and pepper, and place in slow cooker.

  2. Mix beer, soup and barbeque sauce with a whisk, and pour over tenderloins.

  3. Cook on low for 10 hours, or on high for 6 hours.

  4. To serve, slice tenderloins on an angle and serve with mashed potatoes. Spoon gravy overtop.
