Spiced Cauliflower

25 - 30 Minutes
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Cut cauliflower into uniform florets, and spread them on a large sheet pan in a single layer.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika and ground cumin.

  4. Roast in oven until cauliflower is tender and browned.
