Summer Peach Pie

This juicy, delicious favourite is the epitome of great summer eating!

  • 1 recipe flaky pie crust
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 cups sliced peaches
  1. Prepare flaky pie crust and preheat oven to 400 F.

  2. In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt, then add peaches and toss.

  3. Fill bottom crust with fruit and cover with top crust. Crimp sides and bake for 1 hour.
