Sweet & Sour Spareribs
This super easy and juicy rib recipe has made its way through many generations and tastes even better with the seasoning of time!

- 2 packages short ribs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup vinegar
- 1 cup sweet pickles (cut in small pieces)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 4 slices pineapple
- 4 tablespoons pineapple juice
- Pinch of salt
Broil ribs for 5 minutes.
Mix all other ingredients together and spoon over ribs.
Broil for 5 mins, then bake in 350°F oven for 90 mins.
