Sweet & Sour Spareribs

This super easy and juicy rib recipe has made its way through many generations and tastes even better with the seasoning of time!

90 minutes
  • 2 packages short ribs
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sweet pickles (cut in small pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 4 slices pineapple
  • 4 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Broil ribs for 5 minutes.

  2. Mix all other ingredients together and spoon over ribs.

  3. Broil for 5 mins, then bake in 350°F oven for 90 mins.
