Tricolor Prosciutto Antipasto

Antipasto with mango, red pepper and sprouts

Prep Time
10 minutes
  • 12 slices prosciutto (thin)
  • 12 strips Canadian Swiss cheese
  • 12 spears fresh mango
  • 12 red pepper strips
  • Sprouts (watercress, snow peas, etc.)
  • Freshly ground pepper
  1. Spread prosciutto slices lengthwise on work surface.

  2. At the end of each slice, place Canadian Swiss cheese, mango and red pepper.

  3. Top with sprouts and pepper generously.

  4. Roll up prosciutto slices, leaving edges open.

  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
