Tuna and Bocconcini Bruschetta

Instant pleasures with Canadian cheese!

  • 1 cup (250 mL) finely diced Canadian Bocconcini
  • 1 can (120 g) flaked tuna, drained
  • ⅓ cup (80 mL) grilled and finely diced red peppers
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) sliced seedless black olives
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) pesto
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 dozen small crackers or rusks
  1. In a bowl, combine cheese, tuna, red peppers, olives and pesto. Salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Spread mixture on crackers or rusks.
