In a bowl, mix cabbage mix, carrots, seasoned rice vinegar, salt and sugar; let stand about 30 minutes.
In a food processor or blender, combine cream cheese, green onions and sriracha; blend until smooth.
Split buns. Spread cream cheese mixture atop the bottom half of each bun and top each with 2 slices of turkey, cabbage mixture and 2 pieces of cucumber.
