Here are easy and delicious meals designed with minimum prep times for often limited home-away-from-home kitchens, from quick-cooking roasts, sautés, and other fast meals to slow-cooker dishes and recipes that can be made in advance and frozen.
Prep Time
10 minutes
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 8 slices raisin-walnut bread
  • 4 ounces Brie, sliced
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced turkey (from deli)
