Our friend Ceri Marsh (who was editor-in-chief of one of our sister mags, FASHION magazine), runs a spectacular food site called Sweet Potato Chronicles along with fellow mom and journalist Laura Keogh. It’s all about how to feed your family with delicious, healthy meals, and they have lots of fantastic ideas to help your picky eater blossom into an adventurous food-lover.
We love their recipe for Fried Pizza with Mushrooms: it delivers a nice crispy crust topped with all of the favourites. Best of all, it uses store-bought whole wheat pizza dough, so it’s easy as (pizza) pie and quick to make.
